    • How do I place a bulk order?

    • When is my order shipped?

          Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order. 

    •  When will my order be delivered?

            funkforhire.co.in is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within 7-10 working days. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday &  Public                           holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

    • What are the shipping charges?

           Free Shipping. No Shipping Charges are levied on Products.

    • What are the COD charges?

           A charge of Rs. 60.00 will be applied on Orders opted for COD payments.

    • What if damaged product was delivered?

           If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the                                        package and return the package  to the delivery person. Call our customer care at +918976085371 or email us at funkforhire@gmail.com mentioning                                                  your Order  ID. We will personally ensure that a  brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag  and                        packing is intact when you send us the product back.


​Cancellation| Return & Refund Policy

    • How do I cancel my order?

          If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

          For outright cancellations by you:                  

         > If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

           If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:                                                                                                                                                                                                                            > If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

    • What is your return policy?

          No returns. Only replacement or exchanges allowed.

         You can return the order within 15 days of order delivery date, only for replacements/exchanges. Please ensure the returns are in unused condition, with original product tag         and  packaging  intact.                                                                                                                                                                                                    

    •  What conditions are eligible for return?

           For damaged/defective product, you will have to inform us regarding the same within 48 hours of order delivery. Failing which, the product is not eligible for return or                     replacement.

           Moreover, following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

    1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
    2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
    3. Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
    4. Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
    • How do I initiate return?

    2. No reverse pickup is available
    3. Mail the product to the address mentioned below. Do not forget to mention the Order ID and Contact number.

    • What is your refund policy?

          Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

          Please do ensure to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

          In case the order is cancelled after the order is shipped, refund is not available. You can replace/exchange the return with products of equal or higher value. In case of                    higher  value, you  will have to pay only the difference in the MRP.

    • What should I do, if I don’t receive my refund?

          Once the refund is initiated, we will be informing you regarding the same via email. In case, you haven’t received any email notification or haven’t received the refund, kindly          contact our  customer care at +918976085371 or email us at funkforhire@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
